Charlie One Horse does warranty its
products against any defect in materials or
workmanship. Any/all claims for shipments not
received, short or damaged shipments, or defects as
heretofore mention must be reported within the (10) days of
invoice date.
All returns must have prior
authorization. Call Charlie 1 Horse Customer Service at
1-800-427-8101 or Fax 925-939-9312 to obtain the respective
return authorization. When requesting a return
authorization, state your, style, size, quantity, color,
reason for return, and date, hat invoice price, and your
full name, address and phone number. Unauthorized
returns will no be accepted from the carrier and will be
returned at the your expense. Experienced and trained
returned-goods personnel will carefully inspect your return
and determine the correct course of action. The return
will be resolved in one of the following ways:
- Full credit will be allowed for a
hat which if found to have a manufacturing or material
defect. However, credit will no be given for any
hat which shows signs of excessive wear or
abuse.
- Charlie 1 Horse reserves the right
to repair or replace any defective merchandise with like
styles, in lieu of issuing credit.
- No credit will be allowed for any
hat returned if no defect can be found in material or
workmanship.
Charlie 1 Horse will not
guarantee any hat that has been repaired or altered in any
way. Hats that have been on display, pre-ticketed, or
shopworn will not receive credit. When authorized,
non-defective hats are returned, there will be a 15%-per-hat
restocking charge unless there has been a company
error. Any hat(s) being returned must be properly
packed and shipped.
