RIGHT...CA Country Calendar
reserves the right to edit, cancel or
reject any or all advertising submitted
for publication at it sole discretion,
whether or not Advertiser has prepaid
the advertisement. Advertisements which
tend to degrade, demean or discriminate
against any age, race, color, creed,
sex, party, industry or group will not
be accepted. Advertisements for job
offers are published in conformity with
the California Fair Employment
Practices Act which was designed to
eliminate any and all discrimination in
employment. Real Estate rental and
sales ads are subject to the Federal
Fair Housing Act of 1968 which makes it
illegal to advertise preference,
limitation or discrimination. CA
Country California will not knowingly
accept any advertisement which violates
a city, state or federal statute,
ordinance or law.
ADVERTISER...represents
that all advertising copy is truthful
and not misleading. Advertiser shall
indemnify and hold Publisher harmless
from any claim against Publisher
arising out of or in connection with
publication of advertising (except for
modifications made by Publisher without
Advertiser's approval) including, but
not limited to, claims for libel,
invasion of privacy, commercial
appropriation of one's name or
likeness, copyright infringement,
trademark, trade name or patent
infringement, commercial defamation,
false advertising, or any other claim
whether based in tort or contract, or
on account of any state or federal
statute, including state and federal
deceptive trade practices acts. If
Advertiser claims copyright ownership
in any of the advertising published,
Advertiser must include proper notice
of its copyright claim in the body of
the advertisement, otherwise copyright
ownership shall remain in
Publisher.
ERRORS...In
the event of typographical errors or
omissions in copy by CA Country
Calendar, CCC will furnish and publish
a letter to be posted by Advertiser
which states the correct information.
CA Country Calendar shall not be liable
for errors or omissions not caused by
CA Country Calendar. Liability for
errors or omissions caused by CA
Country Calendar shall be limited to
the actual cost of space utilized to
advertise the item which appears in
error, and in no event shall CA Country
Calendar be liable for incidental or
consequential damages.
